I had a great experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, equipped with convenient amenities like a Nespresso machine, kettle, and Bluetooth speaker. The only downside was the noise from the street outside, but overall a lovely room. The service was fantastic, especially with staff like Valerie going above and beyond to assist. The location was perfect for exploring Old Town, and the dining options were excellent. A few minor improvements could be made, but a wonderful stay overall.

The rooms were huge, essentially a junior suite, with lovely decor and useful facilities such as a Nespresso machine, kettle, and a large Bluetooth speaker. However, facing the noisy side street was a drawback. Still, the rooms were pretty compact but nice.

The service was more than friendly and helpful, with staff going out of their way to assist guests. However, the smell of smoke in the reception area was off-putting. Overall, a positive experience with some room for improvement.

However, the rooms can get too hot, feeling like a sauna even with windows open day and night. Overall, the room was fine, though not as impressive as the family member's room in the main building.
